I had a very similar trip to this before. I attempted The Tower south peak from south ridge. This time, I attempted experimental Galatea south peak via Little Galatea. I took Marko's route to get to Little Galatea. This route is different from Snowshoe book by Nugara.
To Little Galatea:
I followed Rummel Lake route until creek crossing (waypoint "Off-trail"). From the creek, as the name of waypoint suggests, I went off trail and bushwhacked my way up to the NW ridge of Little Galatea.
Beyond Little:
Just like the Tower's south ridge, it started easy but as I went farther the ridge became narrower. At one point I saw exposure on both side with little too much snow on top. After debating for 10 min, I decided to turn around.
