Pink line is the actual track I took which was recorded by my GPS. Our descent route is better for ascent. Easier to leave Burstall Pass trail before steeper uphill just before the end of pass and aim towards south.

Perfect timing to arrive at a wetland just SW of Burstall Lakes. Mount Robertson on the left and Whistling Rock Ridge on the right. Robertson Glacier between them.

There was 10 to 15 cm of fresh snow but Burstall Pass was nicely pounded underneath until near the end of the pass.

Burstall Pass is my favorite hiking trail in K. Country and I could not wait to come here in winter.

Going up the col to the end of Burstall Pass. This was really the only place I concerned avalanche little bit. If you take our descent route (approach from south), you can avoid here.

There were 4 peaks and we didn't and still don't know which is actually the tallest peak. According to my GPS, second most south and the most south end peaks were the tallest, but you can do them all to be sure. Each peak was only 3 min a part.
