To Mount Tyrwhitt, as my buddies told me it was nothing but rubble. Wasn't too bad though especially it was solid.

After hiking with the ridge walker, Mark entire summer, I got used to do this… Stand right on the edge toes in the air and arms forward and take picture. Small exposure but fall would be still fatal.

Closer to the peak of Pocaterra, ridge became narrower. Ali on the way to false peak.

If you stay on ridge to get to the summit, you have to deal with sketchy bit. It is narrow and exposed. Ken trying.

We decided to take a shortcut. Instead of return the same way via Tyrwhitt as Kane suggests, we took a lose slope. This is the last gully to scree. Next page shows the route.

Look for this small rock fin, about 500m away from the summit. With good route-finding skill, you should be able to get down from there.

It's has been a great September weather wise that almost makes me think it is still summer but seeing trees turning yellow tells me fall is already here.
