This is what I have to wear to keep me warm under -15ºC (5ºF) to ride bike. Two layers of globes, socks, cold weather and normal tights. Three layers of upper ware. Neckwear and NASCAR hat. It's has to be NASCAR hat.

Got new pedal and mountain bike shoes. The shoe color matches with my bike color. People say cleats will increas strangth up to 40%... Does that mean I can go 45 km/h with bike?
